I recently participated in a group interview with a take-home test task, and I must say it was a unique and challenging experience. The interview was conducted by a team of experienced professionals, and the task was designed to assess our problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
The interview went by pretty quickly, the interviewee asked a few questions regarding team work and the tools one used. The interview took place on Zoom, and it was a panel interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Project Flux
Interview
Panel interview with multiple other applicants. relatively simple behavioural questions. assignment will be given after the interview process and must be submitted in a few days. Task was very odd and completely unrelated to the company and its industry/mission The company has a “dual track” internship. one is paid and the other is unpaid. after the submission of the assignment, they will ask you if youre willing to work under the unpaid program. Maybe im salty i didnt get an offer (i said no to unpaid) but i think its kinda suspicious how this position has been vacant for 4+ months whilst the company claims that they are struggling with an “extremely high volume of applicants”. btw they took 2 days to review all the assignments from at least my panel before rejecting. personal opinion but they are just looking for free labor. join at your own risk
