I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Project 30 in Mar 2018
Interview
They described the process of joining project 30 and what it was about. It was vague online to get an idea of what it was exactly. Basically they setup demos for small businesses to sell products in large stores, example, costco, sams club, etc.

Question 1
Are you looking to move quick up in management and obtain a high earning income in a short amount of time?
Applied online. Job description was vague but seemed on the up-and-up ("direct marketing"). Quick turnaround to set up an interview time. I scheduled a time, showed up, sat down to talk to the interviewer ... it's for working floor stands at Walmart and Costco, with the carrot of progressing under a "management leadership program." I said this wasn't for me and thanked them for their time.
They seem new at this. Phone screens/interviews would have cleared everything up nicely. Why did I have to go in to find out the basics? Waste of time.

Question 1
Do you think we should have started this process with a phone call? Just kidding, they didn't ask that.
They don't actually hire for the positions they post. During the interview, I was told that EVERYONE is hired at entry-level. Because of this, I feel that their job posts are very misleading.

Why should I hire you over all the other applicants?
