Interview
They literally hire anyone because the turnover is so high. Many people quit during the training process. All questions are easy because they are so desperate. As your interview is going on you can be sure that they have had at least 3 employees quit in that timeframe.

They ask you the typical questions such as tell me a time when you had to work overtimes in order to get a project competed, what are your strengths, weaknesses. Have you ever been convicted of a felony, etc.
