Both interviewees were kind, respectful, and responded in a timely and professional manner. Throughout the process they seemed to have strong guiding principles. After the process they were also open to give feedback on my interview.
The interview process was fully remote, with questions you answered in video format on your own time with unlimited retries, and a written part asking what steps you would take in a given situation, followed by a typical interview with a handful of their staff members.
