I had a phone interview with an HR rep where she told me about the position and gave me qualifications. Then I had a phone interview with the QA director where he told me what they were looking for in a QA Analyst. I then had an on-site interview with the team that is in charge of QA. They didn't ask me a lot of technical questions which I found odd.
