The interview process was an average process. I met with 3 supervisors and the manager of the area. It was a virtual interview where they all asked questions. After they asked questions you are able to ask them questions as well

Multi-layer and they stick to the STAR format. Situation. Task. Action. Result questioning at each layer from recruiter to manager. Rehearse your answers from things you've done well and be honest about areas you couldve improved on in your current career and you'll answer them well.

I went through the interview and the Interviewer was super nice and thorough. They ask alot of Behavioral Questions. It seems silly to me. I was over qualified and didn't get the job. Just google behavioral questions and answers. They really don't want to know who you are or how experienced you are. Just if you can answer those dumb questions in the correct format.
