Phone interview followed by behavioral interview. Behavioral interview was done 1on1 by a five member interview team. After the interview was over, the recruiter got back with a result within a week. Offer followed by background check were the next two steps.

First interview was an HR interview and it was pretty easy. Simple academic questions as they pertained to the job and previous experience through internships. After that, there were 4 interviews onsite, where managers/leads from different departments asked me behavioral interview questions. Simple, and straight-forward.
