Interview
Applied and immediately received email to take an assessment. Others specify exactly what the assessment consists of, it is not difficult. Received an email to do a video interview through hireVue. I found it to add unnecessary stress. Waited four days, practiced all the questions and just received an email stating I would not be moving forward. The questions are the typical ones that most companies ask during an interview, whether it’s the phone interview or the hour long final interview. This is the laziest interview process I’ve ever gone through. To top it all off, I need to wait 6 months to apply again using the same process. There are a million locations all over the country, and if you fail one you essentially fail them all.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

2. Misunderstanding between you and a customer, and you were unable to meet your expectations describe the specific situation the actions that you took and the outcome of the situation
3. Tell me about the situation when you had to adapt existential process or encounter while working on an assignment at work or during college please describe the situation how you adapted to the change and the results
4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
