I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Oct 2021
Interview
My Process went like
- 1 on 1 at online school career fair, sent resume
-"Pre-Employment Assessment" ~5 easy technical questions and many "Disagree- Strongly Agree" questions
- Live video interview with a higher-up
-"Final Interview Event" which was online over 2 days. Interviewed with 3 people at this event.
At final interview they said they'd have offers out within a week. Exactly 1 week after they called and said they'd need another week. So I ended up waiting 2 full weeks before getting an offer.
