Interview
I passed assessment and video interview. Today took my final face to face video interview. Took about 1 hour. Recruiter was Jose, he was very easy to interact with and was very detailed about his success and career path with progressive. Stated everything about the position to the T. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’m just really happy that I got this far. My background was completed on the same day as my interview. Everything has gone smoothly with the hiring process. Have yet to hear back beings it’s only been a day.

Interview
I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
