Two interview process. 1st Intv w/ Seniors and Associate in the group. Be prepared with ideas on what they're doing, not doing, and how it could be better. 2nd Intv w/ same group, plus a Co-Founder. Everyone was very personable, very respectful. I was probably just less prepared than other applicants - would recommend for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and who believes in the progressive cause.
