A waste of time. Applied online for a fulltime position, then told it's "ft working up to pt". First red flag, because I would never have applied if it isn't guaranteed hours. Then told I'm overqualified for the position applied for, and encouraged to apply for something else but advised of an upcoming group interview, while also told I'd be asked to come into an earlier, separate interview. Waited around to be contacted about the separate interview only to be sent an email to actually attend the group interview regarding the position I was told I was overqualified for... So I go, only for those interviewing to also say I shouldn't be there because I'm overqualified and they want to start over and interview me for the other position... Could have told me that at the start of the group interview. Nope, told me about two hours after sitting through the interview where they knew they weren't going to select me for that position. So I apply to the other job they said they wanted me for. Then siilence. I call for status updates. They're dodging calls. I finally email, only to be told they're going a different direction. Wasted... My... Time. Totally unprofessional organization with subpar communication. Respect applicants time, please. Selecting "difficult" for interview simply because of the games.
