There are three processes and the first two interviews are group/panel interviews.
During the first interview, you'll be asked all the generic questions
The second interview process will be behavioral as well as a presentation to the panel to observe your confidence level, thereafter question will be asked to test your knowledge of your presentation.
The third is just the offer if you're interested
