Interview
I had a 2 stage interview - the first was initially with one of the company owners. He was open and easy to talk to.
Then I had an interview with the General Manager, for a 'cultural fit' check - he seemed to have a good handle on the business and came across as someone I could work with easy.

The owner asked me about my experience and what value or contribution would I bring to the company, what deals I could bring with me.
