I suggest a person to practice such test before hand to get used to doing it in limited time). They sent me a link for this test. Once I completed the test , I was contacted by the HR in a few days to set up a zoom meeting for the second round. Second Round: Introductory Interview with the Hiring Manager ( Was scheduled for about an hour but got done in 20 min) At the end of second round, I was told that the manager would talk to his power electronics team and let me know the next day. As mentioned, I got the response the very next day.
