With a company of over 300 employees and still growing we are constantly hiring for new and exciting roles, the content creator being one of them. We understand how time consuming applying and interviewing can be and try to keep that in mind during our 30-minute initial recruiter phone screen. We work with our hiring managers to create questions that will highlight the main technical competencies weâre looking for in a successful candidate.

While we try to provide all candidates with feedback after not being successful, itâs something we are still trying to improve. The talent team has recently created a hiring manager journey map, which outlines the different touch points that are required for a positive candidate experience. One of these touch points is to provide timely and actionable feedback after a candidate has participated in any stage of our interview process.
