They ask situational questions. You need to answer by giving the Context, Action and Results. Interview is usually done 3 times. They ask similar questions but there are few questions that are different

4 parts of online assessment, 3 rounds of interviews, and then the final offer. Interview questions are not technical but more on situational. Research on the possible questions and have a structured way of answering in mind. They prefer candid answers also.

I had three interviewees with hiring managers. They all focused more on my leadership experiences and ask situational questions. It took a week or two to have a result of an interview from one another.
