I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Fayetteville, AR) in Feb 2014
Interview
Panel interviews with typical behavioral questions plus inquiries on specific ideas on growing the business. Very businesslike and not particularly warm as interviewers were also pausing to take notes. When I left I didn't really know if I had done poorly or great and didn't get any feedback for three plus weeks.
i was well prepared for the interview with specific questions on what success would look like in 6 months on the job, and what the person previously in the role might tell me.

I started by applying online where I had two screening tests - one personality and one quantitative. I then did a virtual interview and an in person interview. The in person interview was 7 questions and was very difficult. Five were behavioral and two were situational.

Interview
Fist an assessment test, personality test, a first round interview, second round interview and coffee with a current employee. It felt like a lot of steps but I can see they were trying to ensure a fit for the culture.
