Applied online. Took assessment that evaluates looking at data as well as personality. Initial virtual interview with Recruiter asking about past experiences. Virtual interview with Hiring Manager. Final virtual panel interview. Each interview they will ask about 5 situation questions and have to use the C.A.R method of responding. Then 2 questions of future looking situations and how you would handle.

Was sent an online assessment personality test and P&L sheet quiz questions before talking to anyone from the company. Was denied based off the results of that assessment alone. Questions were around calculating profit margin etc. probably 300 personality questions. Also a lot of force ranking things.

Interview was lengthy but enjoyable, consisting of a multi-step online assessment and 2 interview rounds. The interviewers showed the company’s culture through their interactions. They were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring the best experience.
