I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Dec 2022
Interview
The full interview process was 2 weeks. All coordination/communication with Recruiter was such a mess - Providing incorrect time zones, using incorrect Position Title, rescheduling portion of the interview without updating the interviewer, etc. My panels interviews felt very comfortable and seemed more like a conversation than being grilled - There was also a presentation portion of the interview - I was given a scenario and back story and was told to put together some slides based on this scenario and how to help this customer see ROI and adoption across all job-sites. Not being familiar at all with Procore's product offerings, I feel it would have been a better use of time and easier to get a feel for my presentation style if I'd been provided with a slide show, had time to review it and presented - The presentation portion is not meant to measure my skills at putting together slideshows and I feel it would have been more beneficial overall to provide a template instead of expecting the candidate to build one. I was told that a decision would be made that Friday or the following Monday and that all candidates would be notified regardless of the outcome, however, it's been over 1 week since the decision was to be made and I still have not heard from anyone. I did email the recruiter on the Friday after the decision was to be made and she let me know that they were having a final meeting that day - Still no response.
