Interview process was really casual and they made me feel right at home. The people that interviewed me seemed genuine and it aligned with their values. I got the impression they were more focused on a strong culture fit and they believed the rest could be taught.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
Was a long and tedious process that left me feeling like my time was wasted. The pay band was laughably low. I did enjoy the conversations I had with other managers. Surprised that Procore is keeping people at this rate. If any managers are reading this, ask for a raise or apply elsewhere - you can make a lot more money to be a true people manager instead of a project manager on top of people management.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to give feedback/difficult news to an employee or coworker. How did it go? How was it received? What would you do differently, if anything?
I'm sorry that you had a negative experience interviewing with us. We're always looking for ways to make our candidate experience better, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me via employerfeedback@procore.com if you have any additional information to share about your experience or where we can improve.
