I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was better than any other company I interviewed with. First, you will speak with a recruiter for approximately 30 minutes. Next, I had an onsite interview where I interviewed with 4 separate people for about a half-hour each. It was what happened prior to this interview that really impressed me. The office coordinator provided me a PDF that had everyone's LinkedIn page that I would be interviewing with, links to a video about the culture they try to adopt, and even a guide to what they are looking for in the interview. This really helps you feel prepared and put your best foot forward during the interview. The third and final step was to have an interview with the Senior Director of sales over Zoom. All of the interviews were more focused on your fit with the organization and your personal level of desire for success.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you faced a very difficult challenge and how did you deal with it?
What can you bring to the team and how to contribute to the environment of success in the workplace?
How do you handle conflicts in the workplace?
What made you want to apply to Procore?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
First is an online assessment, then following that 3 in-person 45 minute long interviews.
Overall, the process was okay but the feedback did not align to what I said during the interview, and one of the interviews repeatedly asked my age and said I 'looked young'...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about their company values and what they mean, which are very vague being openness, optimism and ownership - three words that are all very ambiguous.
2 and a 1/2 hours of interviewing back to back with various managers. Similar questions and you have equal time to ask any questions. Overall was fairly repetitive so be ready to answer questions several times.

What was the hardest obstacle that you had to deal with at work and how did you overcome it?
