I submitted my application through a referral and they contacted me via email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. The day after the phone interview, I got an email saying they were moving forward with me and wanted to schedule onsite interviews. There were 3 separate interviews for my onsite, each covering different topics. Two were face to face and both of the interviewers were very outgoing and easy to talk to. The other interview was via video chat in one of their conference rooms, which was a little weird but she was nice. A few days after my onsite, I got an email saying they were moving forward with me and I would have my final interview via video chat with a manager from their Austin office. He was very nice, just like the rest of them, but after that interview it took them more than a week to get back to me to just tell me that they were not moving forward with me. In my opinion, there was nothing in the final interview that stood out to me that could have been a red flag for them to not hire me so it was a little upsetting when I didn't get an offer. Overall though, it was a positive experience.
