Don't go. I read the Glassdoor reviews after I committed to the interview. I should have canceled as suggested.
They have a booth for a waiting room. The receptionist hands you an overly-detailed questionnaire (including SSN) that could have been filled out online before you arrived.
I wanted to know the base pay before I'd give my SSN. They refused to state the base pay. I took my resume and left. The other person applying for a job looked like she was going to leave too.

Interview
I first went to their Facebook page and they offer 1000 hire bonus if you complete 90 days with no attendance problems. They say all you have to have is 1 year of verifiable collections history but even with them verifying the history the still did not hire me.
