First interview was a 30 minute Skype video call with 1 person. Here they did not really ask me any questions about my experiences. It was more about the position and clarifying if I would be okay with it being 100% travel and potentially having weird hours.
Second interview was an hour long zoom call with 2 people. Here they asked more about my experiences. This was followed up with a sort of competence exam where they asked simple visual questions on what they called as similar to the programming logic. Then they asked several 'what would you do' questions regarding customer service.
Both interviews were recorded, which I had not experienced before. Each of the 3 employees I spoke with had been with the company for less than 10 months.
