It has a excel assessment when first I came in. 20 mins test, quite basic and easy. then came a staff and talk about many staffs. about why you like this company and what is your career goals. It is all basic process.

Interview
Began with a fairly detailed and difficult written test on lots of financial, venture capital, private equity and M&A/IPO terminology. I think about half right, which obviously wasn't enough since I was not asked back for a 2nd round. There was also an Excel test.
Everybody was very nice, came from top universities law schools business schools etc. I def wanted to be at PrivCo and plan to study up better and re-apply in a few months, was very disappointed didn't do better

Boy half the written test. Go in knowing your financial terminology, and know Excel very well.
