There is an initial screening interview asking your motivation, experience, basic finance, stats, and basic coding skills. If passed, you will get takehome assessment which you need to submit in a week. After that, you might have another in-person technical interviews.

Interview
Small coding task and high level technical screening interview before 3 in-person rounds. First round with quant devs was an extended task which I was given 30 minutes for, quite difficult but overall positive experience. Second round interviewer was unpleasant and condescending. Performed badly but knowing it's my last conversation with him is definitely an upside.
