I am extremely disappointed with the way the interview process was handled. HR's conduct was completely unprofessional — informing me at the very last moment that BCA graduates are not eligible, when this was never communicated earlier, reflects poor management of the process. Frankly, such behavior from HR raises a serious question on her professionalism and whether she is fit to represent the organization in the first place. Candidates invest their time and effort, and this lack of transparency is disrespectful to them. I strongly urge you to take corrective action and ensure such experiences are not repeated with other applicants.

The selection process involved several stages, beginning with technical evaluations. Initially, the HR representative contacted me to confirm my availability, after which they coordinated and arranged the first technical interview round.
