Prinova Group interview questions

The interview process for the Prinova Engineering Intern position was straightforward and professional. It included a mix of behavioral questions and technical questions related to engineering problem-solving, manufacturing, and how I approach unfamiliar situations. The interviewer seemed interested in both my past experience and how I think through practical problems.

The screening call went well and I had the outcome a week later. The first interview with the manager was good, I like the fact that the HR were included in the interview with the hiring manager. A nice both ways interaction. The online assessment was tricky as I had network issue, I told to the HR and they gave me other chance. However, I didn't success as the position focus more on the customer care rather than logistics operations. Overall, it was a great experience.
