it was very straight forward and asked a lot of customer service questions and 401k knowledge. The hire manager was super nice and didn't make me nervous. I loved that she asked how my personality is and what leadership I thrive under which does matter when putting people on teams. I also like the transparency with the questions. Nothing was there to confuse me or throw me off.
Havent finished the process, the first step was easy. I will take my second interview this week and want to be fully prepared for this opportunity. I have heard mixed things about the company but I look forward to see things through.
Long interview process but multiple face to face interactions. Many questions about prior experience and open ended questions about how to handle situations that might arise. I had friendly interviewers.
Overall it was quick. The Team was pleasant, but the job was not for me. They gave off the impression that there is little work/life balance. I completed 3 interviews in a 2 week time frame.
