So I applied directly through Principal's website and then about a day or two later I got an email saying I was selected for an on-demand interview. Then about 1 week later I got a phone call saying I was selected for an in-person interview in Des Moines. I ended up getting declined like 2 months later after I thought the interview went very well and was perfect fit for it.
