Very professional. Thorough and confidential screening, interview and background check. Got great feedback from aptitude testing results. Because it is a highly entrepreneurial profession, every element was explained in full detail from compensation, recognition and benefits.

You do a phone interview with a recruiter who then has you come in and meet the management team. The team will interview you as a panel. Then they will step out and interview you one on one. Then review as a panel with you.
