Fairly formal, owner asked for availability and experience. They also broke down how they distribute payment and what is expected of servers/waiters. Asked for proficiency in language and gave the language portion of interview in Mandarin Chinese.

Interviewed at the K-town location--unfriendly and arrogant boss who questioned why I was looking for a part-time server job since I had an economics degree (answer: I got laid off and needed work??) Interview takes alone place on the second floor. The nice thing was I came down after the interview, and the other servers noticed my expression and sympathized with me, telling me the owner was sour since the business was in severe debt, and it wasn't somewhere I would've wanted to work anyways.
