Did a hands on training in the classroom for the interview as well as questions. Went into the classrooms and spent time with the kids and teachers and helped with their daily routine.

It was very brief. I applied and within a couple days, I got a call to come in for an interview. I dressed as professional as I could to show I was serious about the position. The whole interview process was less than 30 minutes and as soon as the interview was done, I was offered the position. I started the following week.
