I had a great phone interview and was invited to an in-person interview. When I arrived, I only met with one of the two people I was scheduled to see. I was then asked to return the following week to meet with the other person. The next week, a different individual escorted me to a room and began interviewing me. I assumed the person I was supposed to meet with was running late and would join us shortly. However, after 15 minutes, it became clear that he wasn't coming, and the interviewer thought I was there for a skip tracer job, interviewing me accordingly. I interrupted to clarify the situation and who I was supposed to meet. This marked the second time I was stood up by the same person. After waiting a few days without hearing back, I emailed informing HR of my experience and withdrew my candidacy. Eight months later, I was contacted again for the same position, which I obviously declined.
