The recruitment process started with resume shortlisting, after which I was invited for an HR interview. The HR round focused on my background, communication skills, and interest in the Application Support Engineer role. The interviewer also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle workplace challenges. After this round, I received an email regarding the next stage — an online assessment on the Testlify platform — but I could not proceed further. The overall process was professional and well-organized, and the HR interaction was very positive
