I would agree with the other interview review I read here, where they said something to the affect that this company will post a range and will short change the posted range by about $15k. Whomever wrote that review is 100% spot on. This company is supposedly making $10B in revenue and they want to bring in a finance manager for under 6 figures. There are companies out there who make less in revenue and pay their financial analysts 6 figures. This is an out of touch company, who doesn't realize that job seekers aren't the only ones competing. Organizations are also competing for talent and with their pay range I can assure you they will get bottom of the barrel candidates which is what they deserve or should I say can afford. There is a reason why some people drive luxury vehicles and others do not. If you want quality, it's going to cost you. I do appreciate that he was honest from the beginning that they can't afford my financial talent and acumen, as to not waste my time or theirs.
