Extremely off putting. Somewhat organized not really though. Almost like good cop/ bad cop interrogations at the end. Any answer you provide does not seem good enough. Felt like the typical “Prove that you’re worth more than what the company is willing to pay so we can take advantage of you.” While interacting with the owner the vibe although seemingly pleasant gives off an “I’m used to getting what I want. The way I want. If you can’t anticipate my needs stop wasting my time.”
