It was a multi-step process but it was easy all the way around. My recruiter reached out to me directly via text and set up a zoom meeting. We did our 30-minute zoom meeting and then I did my 1 hour in store interview just to make sure that I was compatible with not only the employees at the location but the requirements of the job. And the position was offered to me within one week.

Brief, but was able to get an interview quickly and the manager was able to connect with the District Manager via zoom amd had him interview me as well and hire me almost ton the spot, still had to meet other requirements.
