Interview
Interview process consisted of behavioral interviews over the phone for the first round. For the second round, in person rigorous application questions and a series of multiple choice IQ tests to see if you are up to par to be a server at Primanti brothers.
Chill interview, I got accepted on the spot, asked a few open-ended questions about my previous experience in the restaurant industry. Asked a few follow-up questions and was given the offer on the spot.
