Interview
They will schedule 2-3 phone interviews with you, one with the HR director, one with the CSR manager or a conference call with both HR and CSR manager. Then they will have you come in for a face to face interview. They will ask you the standard questions about previous employment and skill set to determine if you are a good fit. They will also have you take a personality assessment to determine if you are an ideal candidate for the position.
