I applied and received a call almost immediately to schedule an interview, but the process felt disorganized from the start. During the interviews, it seemed like my resume had not been reviewed, as I was asked multiple times to explain why I left previous roles. After three rounds, there was also confusion about the references I provided, including how they should be contacted despite my including email addresses. Overall, the questioning and lack of preparation made the process feel unstructured, and I ultimately chose to withdraw my candidacy.

The interview process was smooth. You had 2 different phone screenings, a video interview call, and then an invite to an in person interview. They were as transparent as possible and also asked questions to get to know you personally.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at PrideStaff (Lockport, IL) in Apr 2021
