I applied in-person. I interviewed at Prevail Partners (London, England)
Interview
Did a first stage interview over zoom went well and did another second stage in zoom too. I then got invited to do a HR type interview in person. Was a decent in person interview where they asked scenario based questions which you would expect most HR to ask. The problem didn't lie there. The problem lies with the lack of responses after. I had waited for a response on whether I got the job or not. I wasn't told a thing so I emailed after two weeks wonder what was going on and got told "Unfortunately here has been a delay with our recruitment process, so we don't have an update yet, but we will be able to get back to you by the end of next week". I was happy with this response as I understand requirement is a long and excruciating process. However, that week never came ! Was left in total silence without a single update. A rejection would have been far better than any sort of silence. After that I realised I wouldn't want to work for a company who couldn't even be bothered or have the common decency to send a rejection email ! I happily withdrew my application. Not that they cared enough !
