The interview process was flawless and extremely natural for lack of a better word. It of course started out with the sending of resumes after hearing of a job opening, but after that the owner of the business was able to set aside about an hour long phone interview where we were able to talk about what he was looking for in a candidate and what I wanted out of the work experience myself. I felt through the whole process the owner was like a friend I was just catching up with but with a layer of professionalism throughout the whole conversation. If the interview is any indication of what it will be like to work with the company then I can’t imagine a better place to work.
