I also have the relevant skills and years of experience relevant for the position listed based on selection criteria: * At least 3 years of experience working in a Network or Systems Support role. * Knowledge of MS365, SharePoint, and ERP are all mandatory * SQL knowledge will be well regarded * Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX) * Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS * Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) * High concern for detail, the desire for accuracy, and the quality of the work completed. * Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching. * Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. * Maintaining Windows Servers and virtualized environments with Hyper-V * Experience with Microsoft Azure and MFA policies Familiarity with PowerApps and shell scripting (preferred but not mandatory) * Basic knowledge of electrical, UPS, and structured cabling is a plus
