Very outdated/archaic approach. Three interviews. First one is a meet and greet, second one you will get grilled and final one is purely a formality.
The HR officer will send you your job offer on the last day of the month, five minutes to five PM. They do this to try and manipulate you, so that you will just sign the offer, without reading through it. I was in a mid-level position and got locked into a three month notice period, if I wished to cancel my contract. Very deceitful and poor practice from their HR department.
