Thorough. Met with multiple team members and leads. Interviewers were untrained but good to involve entire team. Multiple day process with opportunity to shadow employees and get to understand the environment.

Interview
You get a call and talk to their HR person to set up the interview, there is the first interview in office and a 2nd interview in the store. The stores are normally somewhere in Ocala, I think they have some in Gainesville too. The first interview was with the hiring director and the 2nd is with one of their trainers.

Its was chill i was on time but i waited a little bit. Simple questions, although i seemed fully qualified for the position. the second part of the interview required me to drive 30 minutes just so i can stand around and ask me 4 questions and tell me a little about the company.
