Had a brief phone interview then a zoom meeting. One major problem is, although remote temporarily.....this is a field rep position and the company doesn’t provide anything at all for a car allowance. There is no company car, car stipend, reimbursement for mileage or even gas. 99% of companies offer these things to field reps. This is unheard of. You could potentially gas up a couple of times a week (they want you to see 12-15 accounts per day) and not get reimbursed. The only type of employee okay with this would be someone very, very inexperienced who doesn’t know any better. Keep looking. It is unacceptable for a company not to offer some type of auto reimbursement for this type of role.
