Premier America Credit Union interview questions

Interviewed with a recruiter and then the hiring manager. The second interview was strange...hiring manager was a nice person but didn't seem completely sure what they were going to ask me or that they knew what they were looking for in a candidate.

Submitted an online application, scheduled a phone interview, then an in-person interview with 3 people. Phone interview was standard questions relating to experience, skills, and scenarios. The in-person interview was a follow up to what was previously discussed on the phone. At the in-person interview, one of the interviewers asked to know more about me as a person. She shared she has three kids. No matter what education and experience someone has, everyone has implicit bias. Be careful what information you supply if this sort of topic comes up.
