Mostly soft-skills based. No EMT skills questions. However, I interviewed with a higher up because the Emt supervisor was off that day—so it could be different. Asked me about my experiences and goals the typical stuff.
Easy and smooth process. Questions were based on the company and on yourself. Talk a lot about how you can provide for the company and talks about the company standards.

Honestly super chill, very friendly staff. Basic interview questions, nothing super complicated or niche. No EMT scenario-based questions. The whole interview lasted maybe 20-25 minutes, with the last 10 minutes involving figuring out orientation/schedule availability.
